• Our ceremony starts strictly at 4:30 pm, so we are asking guests to be parked and in the pre-ceremony garden by 4:15 pm.

    We recommend arriving from 3:45 pm to 4:00 pm to enjoy the gardens and talk with other guests.

    We please ask that no one is late so the ceremony can start on time!

  • Our dress code is Black Tie Optional.

    Refer to the ‘Details page’ for further explanation on this dress code.

    The weather will likely be quite warm as Fallbrook gets high temperatures, so keep that in mind when dressing.

    We do not have a specific color palette required for guests, so feel free to wear any color you would like! (Except white of course)

  • Both the ceremony and dinner reception are planned to be outdoors. We will have sun umbrellas at the entrance to the ceremony for guests to use during the ceremony and cocktail hour if they would like.

    The post-dinner reception celebration will be indoors, a note to those worried about being cold after it gets dark.

  • Parking is free and plenty available!

    When entering the front entrance to the winery, you will be directed by signs to the specific venue we will be getting married at. It is called “Monte Bella”.

    This venue has its own parking and there will be plenty of spots for those not taking ride-share or our shuttle transportation.

  • Our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

    We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

    (This excludes Caitlyn’s niece and nephew who will be a part of the wedding.)

  • If your Save the Date envelope indicated ‘your name’ + guest, you are welcome to bring a plus one.

    Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list and were not able to offer all guests a plus one.

  • You do not need to worry about RSVPing quite yet.

    We will be sending out formal invitations in a couple of months that will outline how to RSVP and when you need to do that by.

  • We will have a plated dinner service at the reception.

    We will have all guests pre-select their dinner choice from our menu when they RSVP. No need to worry about it just quite yet.

  • We will be having a premium open bar available during the entire reception.

  • The closest airport to Fallbrook is San Diego International Airport.

    The drive to Fallbrook will be a little over an hour.
